Before you book

What do I need for the session?
Your date of birth, your time of birth as precisely as you know it, and your place of birth. Time matters more than people expect — even twenty minutes can move things. If you are unsure, tell us and we will work with what you have.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Your session runs on Google Meet, which opens in a browser. On a phone the Google Meet app makes it easier, but it is not required.
When do I get the meeting link?
After your booking is confirmed. It appears in your account under the booking, and you also receive it by email. If your session is soon and you cannot see it, contact us and we will sort it out immediately.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Cancel at least 24 hours before your session for a full refund. Inside 24 hours you can move it to another time, but it cannot be refunded, and a missed session is not refunded. Email us with your booking reference and we will help.
Is what I say private?
Yes. Sessions are one to one and are not recorded. What you discuss stays between you and Gaurav Singhal.
